[Phoenix Card] Card just quit working ?

Please check the followings:
1. Check if your card does not scan on one machine or every machines.
2. Check if the other cards (from other people) scan normally.
If both are the cases, you need to purchase a new card an copy the original card's information to the new card.
You may do so by logging into phoenixdart.com, click My Page -> Various Settings -> Card Setting.
