[Phoenix Card] change country / region

i accidentally registered my card on a US site instead of my own country. I tried changing country but it says it's only possible by free members only

can u help to change my country to indonesia english jakarta? :)

I had purchased new phoenix membership card in Penang, Malaysia. Having registered my membership, I found out that my card region is UK. How can I change the region to malaysia?
