CLASH OF CLUB LEAGUE INFORMATION
1. Registration & League Period
- •Registration Period: 20th May 2026 – 21st Jun 2026
- •League Period: 15th Jul 2026 - 5th Aug 2026
2. Entry Requirements
- •Registration fee per team: RM200
- •Minimum 3 players, Maximum 6 players per team.
- •Minimum 12 teams, Maximum 13 teams to open group.
- •Combine Rating Max 36 (Top 3 players).
- •Participants are required to have a PDS League Rating.
3. Entry Requirements
- •Every Wednesday
- •1st Match 8:30pm Game On.
2nd Match 9:30pm Game On.
3rd Match 10:30pm Game On. - •3 Matchs per match day.

4. Handicap & Burst Rules
- •REVERSE Handicap Apply.
- •No Burst.
- •Initial handicap based on registered rating.
- •Handicap will be calculated weekly base on average performance.
5. Winning Points
- •Points are attained only by winning set’s during the round robin period.
- •Example 3 Sets won equals to 3 Point attained.
6. Team, Player & Substitutions
- •Team must obtain confirmation/permission from their home shop when signing up for the league.
- •On each match day, all checked in/line-up players must present to play their game. Otherwise, the organiser reserves the right to FORFEIT the set if necessary.
7. Rescheduling & Walkover
- •Teams are NOT ALLOWED to reschedule the matches.
- •Teams that concede a 'walkover' will receive ZERO (0) points and will not be allowed to play any remaining matches. All previous points earned by the forfeiting team, as well as points earned by opponents in matches against them, will be voided.
- •The organiser reserves the right to forfeit any match where it deemed necessary and justifiable. Decisions made by the organiser will be final.

GAME FORMAT
- •Min 3 players to Start Game.
- •Round Robin duration 4 weeks (ONE CYCLE), each match consists of 6 Sets.
- •A player can play a maximum of 2X TEAM & 2X DOUBLE.

RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Online Match
- •All games will be played online.
2. Team Attendance & Line-up
- •All players MUST capture their face photo during the FIRST match day by PHOENIXDARTS machines' camera. The organiser has the right to forfeit the set played by the player with BAD photo.
- •Teams are ADVISED to line-up at least 30 Minutes before GAME ON.
- •Teams reported being late will TEN (10) Minutes will be DISQUALIFIED.
- •Matches with players that are not playing according to their line-up orders will be forfeited. Opposition team will be given the set point.
- •Team found playing with non-registered player may be DISQUALIFIED from the league and may be BANNED from participating in upcoming league.
3. Dart Thrown & Scoring
- •Dart throw & scoring for Online Games will be determined by the MACHINE SENSOR.
- •Throw must be considered as a MISS if it is NOT DETECTED by the machine sensor. (No re-throws allowed).
- •If you’ve thrown your darts, landed on dartboard but machine sensor did not count it. You must skip by pressing the red button then only allowed to remove the darts.
- •Players are NOT ALLOWED to pick-up their darts from the board before their turn ends. Doing so will result in a foul for the set/leg.
- •Players are NOT ALLOWED to press the board with their fingers if the throw is not detected by the machine sensor.
- •Players are NOT ALLOWED to cross the THROWLINE during their turn or before completing their throw. (Judgement by Organiser via video recording)
- •Players are advised to only cross the throwline after throwing three darts.
4. Player & Board Camera
- •Team must ensure both machines' cameras are in WORKING CONDITION. Do not start the match with malfunction machines' camera.
- •If the opposition team’s camera malfunction during the match, please contact the organiser for further instructions. Do not start or continue on to the next set.
- •Any teams playing with a malfunction or faulty camera may be forfeited from the Set/Leg.
5. Network & Disconnection
- •In the event of network DISCONNECTION or INTERRUPTION, both teams are required to RESTART the machines, RE-LOG into the match and SELECT THE LAST PLAYED SET to resume the game.
- •The organiser reserves the rights to stop, postpone or forfeit matches with repetitive network disconnection, network disruption or bad connections. (Judgement based on Organiser’s analyzation)
6. Dress Code
- •All players are required to dress appropriately;
- •Players must wear enclosed shoes.
7. League Ethics
- •No foul or inappropriate gestures should be shown towards opponent during match.
- •No foul language (profanity / swearing) should be used when communicating with other teams.
- •The organiser reserves the right to DISQUALIFY players found with misconduct, or irregular playing activity. The organizer has the right to make the final judgement or decision.
8. Terms and Condition
- •By Registering for Clash of Club, players agree towards the Rules, Regulation including the Terms & Condition for the whole league.
- •The Organiser reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to League’s Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time. Participants agree to be bound to any such changes. The Organiser's decision shall be final and binding.
