[Phoenix Card] Can''t log in or retrieve password

I just registered my card and created an account. But now when I want to log in to the app the check I''d and password message keeps popping up. And I can''t even get a temporary password cause the genius system can''t verify if you don''t input your home shop? How is a person who''s new to phoenix, hasn''t even touched a phoenix machine supposed to have a home shop?
