We sincerely thank all Members for continuously using the Phoenixdarts service.
In order to enhance our service operations and further protect Member rights, we hereby announce amendments to the Phoenixdarts Terms of Service as outlined below.

- Effective Date: February 24, 2026
- Applicability to Existing Members: Applicable

- Introduction of an integrated membership system
- Unification of card and machine usage policies
- Establishment of a paid subscription service structure
- Clarification of Gold expiration and operational policies
- Reorganization of content usage and service operation standards

Members may terminate their service agreement at any time after the amended Terms are posted or individually notified and before the effective date.
If no objection is raised prior to the effective date, the amended Terms shall be deemed to have been accepted.

- A monthly and annual paid subscription system will be introduced.

- Content usage, exposure, and service operation standards will be strengthened for better service quality and reliability.
- Account protection and abnormal usage control policies will be reinforced to prevent misuse and abuse of the service.
